Starting from the day of registration to the ending day of the company’s existence, MCA forms are necessary to be filed. At the initial stage, a form for incorporation of the company i.e. SPICE+ form is necessary to be filed. Process to enquire fees on MCA
Here are the steps involved that are not too complicated to be understood, they are
Step 1: Visit the MCA Portal
Step 2: After getting into the MCA Portal. You will see on the menu bar various heading mentioned, namely:-

From the options given on menu bar, select “ MCA Services”. By clicking on MCA Services, a list of subheadings shall be displayed in front of you, naming:-

- Document Related Services
- Fee and Payment Services

From the subheadings under MCA Services, select “FO Services”.
Step 3 : FO Services option will give you further options of :
- Verify DIN PAN Details of Director
- Enquire DIN Status
- Find LLPIN
- Find CIN
- Associate DSC
- Track Payment Status of NTRP
- Enquire Fees
Step 4 : You can see, the last option named as “Enquire Fees”. This is the last step for enquiring about fees from MCA Portal.
Selecting the option of Enquire Fees will show you the table as mentioned below:-

Below this table, you will be able to view three options that you need to fill according to your requirement. The first option asks for the type of organizations which are Company, LLP and IEPF. Choose any of the ones mentioned above. The second option asks for the Nature of Service that the company is into. And the last option includes the sub-services.
