Step 4: Registration Process of DPCC NOC

Filing of Application

Inspection is conducted
The inspector will check the documents submitted and in case of an incomplete application, the applicant will be informed within 7 working days. A time period of 15 days is given to the applicant to file the complete information within the prescribed time.

Issuance of Eating House License

Renewal of DPCC Consent of eating house
License for Eating House granted in accordance with the Regulations shall be renewed for three financial year by filing an application as at Annexure-F for renewal along with other required documents within fifteen days.
DPCC Policy for issuing pollution consent of Eating House
Timeline for receiving the certificate is within 30 days of the receipt of the application for those eating houses falling under Category II(b). Government authority shall review the documents filed and within 30 days time you will be issued the license to operate eating house.
