It is governed by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) which has delegated all its powers and functions to DPCC under Section 4(4) of the Water Act & Section 6 of the Air Act.
DPCC is a state pollution control committee that was established by the Delhi government under the supervision of the main authority known as the Central Pollution Control Committee.
